Fadden Primary School aims to eliminate discriminatory practices and develop the self-esteem of all students. Fadden Primary School provides both sexes with equal access to the full range of facilities and resources. The most recognised need is for equal access to teacher time and learning resources, classroom and playground space, sports skills learning and sports facilities.
Curriculum, school organisation, resource distribution and the provision of a non-sexist library and text materials help to promote the self-esteem, aspirations and achievements of all students.
